Susan DiDomenico: Presenter Extraordinaire!

Susan DiDomenico is a talented speaker, trainer and sales professional in the senior care industry and brings that experience to our webcast on a weekly basis. Susan is an essential part of the Tuesday Morning Sales Club helping to train you to reach the top of your profession.
Susan began her career as database coordinator for Erickson-getting a clear understanding of monthly settlement goals, and occupancy rates, and spending time observing the nation’s top sales people. As her company grew, Susan was the natural choice to become an Admissions Coordinator and managed resale units. She inspired an average of 20 seniors per month to provide a waiting list deposit and maintained a 96% monthly occupancy rate-well above the industry standard.
Susan hit her stride as the Retirement Counselor for a new CCRC in Virginia, building her customer base at a rate of over 30 new deposits and averaging over 20 settlements each month. Susan’s unique attention to the needs of seniors coupled with her keen awareness of company goals allowed her to sell out a 1,400 unit facility (over $300 million revenue) at a record pace.
Susan’s winning approach became an example she shared with many others as the company spread throughout the country, especially in struggling markets. Susan has appeared in TV commercials and promotional videos and her intuitive nature and proven sales record has helped over 2,500 clients find and enjoy their homes in the course of her career.
Terry C. Kile: “Club President”

As co-creator of TMSC, Terry is the producer, designer and general manager of the weekly production, providing support to the content creators and operating benchmarking that is all part of the total package that you learn from every week.
Terry’s past experience includes being CEO of a communications company, venture capitalist in the broadcast and cable industries, and Internet entrepreneur. He has spent the last five years helping companies provide senior care services through financing, design and construction.
Terry’s personality has shined through the sales process of every product and service he has sold over the past 20+ years and he has hired, trained and promoted hundreds of sales professionals in many diverse industries.
His podcasts-, “Best Practices in Senior Care Management” led to the formation of Tuesday Morning Sales Club. With the help of industry experts Tom Mann and Jim Moore providing the marketing backbone and financial benchmarks of the industry, Terry provides the business direction that helps our Club members understand the “why” of the sales and marketing process.

Tom Mann has amassed an amazing amount of training content in his many years marketing and selling senior housing. His planning of our ongoing curriculum is a valuable part of the TMSC experience.
Tuesday Morning Sales Club co-founder Tom Mann is a recognized leader in the senior industry. The founder of TR Mann Consulting, a marketing firm that specializes in marketing retirement communities around the country, Tom and his team are knowledgeable on every aspect of building, advertising, selling and operating senior housing projects. A social media expert, Tom is also the co-founder of Mature Market Experts, a networking group formed for investors; retirement community, assisted living, and nursing home developers … along with health and service professionals; publishers; and marketers serving the senior market.
In his career as the Senior Vice President of Advertising for Erickson Retirement Communities, Mr. Mann annually marketed retirement communities, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing care centers valued at over two billion dollars. In the last ten years of Tom’s tenure, Erickson's revenue exceeded $6.9 billion and the sales effort had a settlement pace four times the industry average.
Jim Moore

Jim Moore and his team at Moore Diversified Services provides the many years of benchmark data that help us analyze and understand the weekly performance of our Club members, along with a large helping of operational advice.
Jim has over 45 years of senior care industry experience and for the past 39 years the company that Moore founded - Moore Diversified Services, Inc. - has served literally thousands of national and international clients. Jim's company is heavily involved in market feasibility studies, detailed financial pro forma analysis, strategic planning, operations analysis and investment advisory services .Jim spends most of his time in the trenches - the real world of Senior Housing and has personally conducted over 2,000 major senior housing and health care consulting engagements in over 750 markets in 49 states - experience that is unmatched in the senior care industry.
Jim is the industry’s leading independent living and assisted living author. He has authored hundreds of industry technical papers, trade journal articles, and a weekly business column for two major newspapers. He is the author of several books on Senior Housing. His book “Assisted Living 2000 - Practical Strategies for the Next Millennium” was an industry best-seller. The sequel “Assisted Living Strategies for Changing Markets” was released in May, 2001 and is in its second printing. His newest book, “Independent Living, Congregate Care and CCRCs” was released in 2009.
